This includes the number of legs, number of travelers, number of nights, vicinity of time to departure, and more.
DO YOU GET BETTER RATES THAN IF I BOOKED MYSELF?
My goal is to ensure that you have the best experience possible that is perfectly matched to your vision and interests. There are many times that I do have access to negotiated rates, but the real value is in how I can save you time, stress and frustration either prior to traveling or while actually in the destination. DO YOU WORK WITH VRBO AND/OR AIRBNB?
We do not book individually managed properties because we want to ensure the highest quality and safety for your family. While we can book certain professional listings through VRBO, we prefer to use my trusted partners to find vetted villas, apartments, or suites. This allows us to stand behind the properties we recommend so you can enjoy a stress-free stay with plenty of shared space.
DO YOU RECOMMEND TRAVEL INSURANCE?
I highly recommend travel protection for every journey to ensure you have peace of mind. Once your deposit is submitted, I will provide a quote tailored to your family's needs. It is important to purchase a policy within 14 days of your deposit to secure maximum benefits. While you are welcome to research other options, please let me know in writing if you choose to forgo insurance.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO USE MY REWARD POINTS FOR A TRIP YOU ARE PLANNING?
While we cannot directly book travel using your personal reward points, we are happy to coordinate your itinerary around them. We often pair the flights or hotels you book with your points with other specialized services and experiences that we can book for you. Please let us know about any points you intend to use during our consultation so we can design your proposal to work perfectly with them.
